Rajasthani & British Folk Fusion Concert with Rajasthani Singing Workshop

Fusion violinist Ed White is joined by visiting Rajasthani singer/harmonium player Vini Devda and tabla playr Manav Singh for fusion magic.
12:00-13:00 – A fusion of classic British folk tunes played alongside some famous Rajasthani tunes, blending the styles together with joyful, festive rhythm, alongside slower, meditative moments in Indian Classical style.
13:00-14:00 – A Rajasthani singing workshop led by Vini Devda to teach the fundementals of folk singing and develop vocal power and confidence.
Ed White is a fusion violinist who used to tour in orchestras before discovering Indian music. Vini Devda is a devotional Kirtan, folk and classical singer who is based in Pushakr, India and is the founder of Krishna Music School.
